Welcome to the MiMentor Psychology course focusing on anxiety, stress and coping.
This introductory course will give you a greater knowledge of anxiety, what provokes it, and how to manage anxiety.
The second part of the course will be launched in early 2023 we will discuss the concepts of anxiety, stress and coping within the context of sport and performance.
The aims of this course are to help coaches and managers:
- Develop an understanding of anxiety, stress and coping in performance environments.
- Understand the theoretical underpinnings of these concepts.
- Explore the areas of anxiety, stress and coping in relation to your own self and performance states.
- Enhance awareness of their role in supporting others during times of heightened anxiety and stress.
